You leave behind the problems and stress on the lake side. You are gliding on water, the sail swells in the wind and only you exist. The majority of the people arriving to us relate us that they can relax truly in sailing, because there is no phone, no email.
Program
According to the aim of the team building, you can choose from already compiled team building programs, or we can elaborate a completely individual program, too.
Duration
The duration of the team building program can vary from 3 hours to several days with a mini-competition, so we are sure we can find the best solution for you and your team.

From Fun Sail To Corporate Regatta
Our team building trainings are often started with 1-2 hours of theory course during which we inform the teams about the basic knowledge and boat driving basics.
So when you enter the boat, the environment is not completely unknown. During sailing and practicing with the captains, you can take look at our passion, at this wonderful sport. During the day we anchor and you have the possibility to bath, also sunbath.
In case of individual request, we can organize mini-competition that we document from a separate boat, so you can watch the exciting moments of the day during the dinner in the evening.
